At the moment, Masculin only serves orders in the United States. International delivery is not supported at the moment but we are working on adding it in the near future!

Yes we do! Masculin offers Free Standard Shipping from USPS and UPS on every single order.

With Free Standard Shipping orders will take anywhere from 3-5 business days with USPS First Class Mail. If a customer desires for quicker shipping options, that is also available with FedEx Overnight Delivery but will have to be paid by the customer.

Masculin accepts Returns on all our items. One of our main priorities is to ensure that our customers receive the best shopping experience possible - and Masculin's Easy Returns are a huge part of that. If you live in Los Angeles and would like to bring your return into the Hollywood Blvd store we will process your return here in-store (no receipt needed). All orders are shipped with an RMA (Return) Label inside. If you would like to return any or all of your items, you are welcome to do so within a 30-day grace period. Returns are fully refundable with the exception that the items are kept unopened/undamaged. Any items that arrive opened/damaged are eligible for a full refund. Exchanges are also accepted and any discrepancy to the original order amount will be refunded if the new order results in a smaller fee.

Masculin does not cover the cost of Return Shipping. To return on items ordered, Masculin customers will have to bring the product(s) to a Postal Office and pay for shipping to our facility.

Not at all, we encourage our customers to utilize USPS's Free Shipping Boxes at your local USPS Post Office. If you choose to reuse Masculin's Shipping Bags you are also more than welcome to, please just ensure that the bag is securely taped shut so that the products arrive to our facility safe & sound.
